Marsha Laurienti - Mortgage Specialist

Marsha began her real estate career as a loan originator with Intercapital Mortgage. Her main duties were new clientele and initating the loan process with them. Focus was the subprime market working with families to buy new homes and refinance their current home.

Later Marsha continued with ABM Mortgage as a loan officer. Her duties included new business development, ongoing relations with current clientele and loan follow through. ABM was FHA/VA approved. Later with Platinum Homes as a loan coordinator, Marsh worked on construction to perm loans. Subsequent employment job duties included to place loan officers loans into a loan program with a lender, input all 1003’s and loan files, request needed documentation, and file completion prior to processing and update on all loan new programs.

My background outside of real estate was in the banking industry, I started in the teller position and helped in customer service. Currently I am with Jamis Companies Inc. Marsha heads the mortgage side. Marsha brings her knowledge of the mortgage field and combine with the real estate field expertise at Jamis Companies we together have successful mortgage company to serve our client’s needs.
